Content Support in Recall

Recall supports a wide range of content types so you can save, summarize, and chat with material from across the web and your own files. Use the table below to see what you can save today, any known limitations, and what we are planning on building next. Looking for something we do not support yet? Request it on our feedback board or follow progress on the Expand Sources roadmap.

How to save content

Paste a URL or upload a file from Add Content in the app, or use the Recall browser extension for the best results on social and paywalled pages.

All Content

Below is the full list of content types Recall supports today, along with anything we are planning on building next. We update this table as new sources go live, so it is the best place to check before saving a link or uploading a file.

Each row tells you three things:

  • Content: what you can save, from a YouTube video or podcast to a PDF, Instagram post, or Markdown file.
  • Details: what is supported, what is not, and anything worth knowing before you save. If a cell is empty, there is nothing major to call out for that source.
  • State: whether you can use it today. Live means it is available now. Coming Soon means it is on the roadmap but not ready yet.
